Is this legal / will it hurt my carrier relationships?+
You're disputing your own commissions — money you're contractually owed. Nothing goes to a carrier without your sign-off: we draft the demand, you read it, edit if you want, and send it from your own email. The relationship stays yours. We're your back-office, not a third party in the middle.
Do you need my AMS password?+
No. You send a standard commission export (a built-in report in your AMS) plus the carrier statement. We never log into your systems.
What's the catch?+
There isn't one. We only invoice a percentage of money the carrier actually pays back to you. If we recover nothing, you owe nothing. Our entire business depends on finding you real money.
How do you know what I'm owed?+
We reconcile every line of the carrier statement against your AMS book of business — policy by policy — and flag every short-pay, wrong rate, and missing renewal, each with the proof and the delta math behind it.
How fast?+
